One capful bath oil measures 5ml.

Bath: Add 10ml of bath oil to adult's bath or 5ml to baby's bath. Bathe for 5 to 10 minutes. Pat skin dry.

Shower: Rub gently onto wet skin, leave for a few minutes, briefly rinse and pat skin dry.

Consumers using large quantities of any paraffin based product, such as QV Bath Oil, should regularly change clothing or bedding impregnated with the product and keep away from naked flames as there is a fire risk.

For external use only. Do not apply to wounds. Avoid eyes. Do not use if sensitive to any ingredients. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid soap on affected areas to prevent irritation. May make skin slippery. Take care when handling infants; avoid slipping. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C.

I have a medical condition (rheumatoid arthritis) which makes my skin very dry. Under NHS restrictions, the rules of what can be prescribed (creams and lotions) to help me have been excluded. I have spent a lot of money on different products. I now buy QV bath oil after a hospital dermatology consultant gave me some free samples of QV bath oil and it is a game changer. I live in a hard water area and adding this to my bath leaves my skin feeling so much more comfortable. I still have to use creams, but my skincare routine is helped significantly and reduces the need to reapply through the day. I can recommend this product.

I regularly prescribe QV products to my patients and the feedback I have from them is very positive. They love the QV Gentle wash and i generally issue QV Intense. Once they have had an intense moisurising regime followed by regular maintenence regime then the eczema symptoms are generally very managaeble for a longer time period.

Staff found many benefits to this soap free alternative including vast improvements to dry and scaly skin. QV cream retains moisture in the skin, whichs helps support the skins barriers from breaking down, providing our patients skin with extra protection. Here on the ward we pride ourselves in being a beacon of excellence in pressure relief and skin integrity,portecting our patients whilst using the most up to date and reseached products.We began trialing QV products on our ward over 2 years ago and are still using this product today.
